All in-stock items will ship out within 2 weeks. If you place an order for items that are pre-order you will be given an estimated ship date.

There is a 20% rush fee for expediting an order. This fee will bump your order to the top of the list for that day, but standard shipping will still apply. If you would like to overnight your order, please reach out to us at 980-237-3017 for assistance.

Each invoice is immediately sent to the email we have on file once an order has been placed. Invoices can also be accessed through our wholesale portal by clicking "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner.

Yes! You can now add multiple emails to your company account. In order to add users to your account, please email hello@shopbrooksavenue.com.

We can only hold inventory for which the payment has been processed.
In order to ensure the availability of the items you wish to purchase, we kindly request that you proceed with the payment process at your earliest convenience. Due to high demand and limited quantities, we can neither hold inventory nor guarantee your items will be in stock in the case that you want to delay or postpone payment.
Pricing & Sizing

Our retail pricing is a 2.0 markup. We encourage you to mark up between 1.75 and 2.0.

All of our items run true to size. Please refer to each style’s product page for its specific fit and a detailed list of measurements.
Our skirts run slightly fitted in the waist.
We recommend sizing up in your pajamas for a more comfortable, loose fit.
Our Quilted Jackets feature a roomy fit with oversized sleeves. We recommend sizing down.
Cancellations & Damages

Cancellations must be placed within 30 days of your order being placed. We do not accept cancellations after the 30 day mark.
