Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges and returns for store credit or a full refund to the original form of payment. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags still attached. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns must be delivered to our warehouse within 21 days of the original ship date.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping for domestic orders over $200. If you apply a discount code that brings your order under $200, you will no longer qualify for free shipping.

A pre-ordered item will ship to your given address as soon as it is available. The expected date that the item will leave the distribution center is indicated on the product page. Please note, the expected date is only an estimate and is subject to change.

For orders that include both in stock and pre-order items, we will ship out the in-stock item(s) and pre-order items separately. If you would prefer that we hold your order until all items are ready, please contact us at hello@shopbrooksavenue.com

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your order size and quantity as well as your address.

Please use the return portal here to report a damaged item with a photo. Once we approve the damage, we will issue an exchange and send you a return label for the damaged item.

If you have a package that was marked as delivered yet you did not receive it, we kindly ask that you follow these steps:
- Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there.
- Reach out to your local post office or shipping facility.
- Email us at hello@shopbrooksavenue.com. Please report your lost or stolen shipment within 14 days of the marked delivery date and include your order number.
If an order is lost after being shipped out from our warehouse, we are unable to take responsibility for the package once it is marked as delivered. In these instances of lost or stolen packages, the third-party delivery service will be responsible for your missing order. Please note, Brooks Avenue is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.
